Delete Your Account & Data
This page is for users of the CtrlT app and website, provided by Aluru Logistics. You can ask us to delete your CtrlT account and the personal data linked to it, or only some of that data. You do not need the app installed to make a request.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form below with the mobile number (and email, if any) that you use to log in to CtrlT.
- Choose whether you want your whole account deleted, or only some of your data.
- We confirm the request with you on your registered mobile number or email, so nobody else can delete your account.
- We complete the deletion and write to you when it is done.

What is deleted
When your account is deleted, we delete your profile and login details (name, mobile number, email), your company and vehicle details you entered, your documents and photos you uploaded, and your app settings and notification preferences.
What we may keep, and for how long
Some records are part of business transactions with other companies, or must be kept by law, for example invoices, payment records, e-way bills and tax records. These are kept only for as long as the law requires, and are then deleted. We may also keep a record of your deletion request itself, to show that we acted on it.
